Who we are
Interlink Digital publishes digital workflow packs. Contact: hello@interlink.digital.
What we collect
If you buy, Stripe collects the email and payment details needed to take the payment. We use that email to send the download and to handle refunds. We do not ask for a password or card number on this site.
Ads measurement
When you arrive from an ad, a measurement pixel from OpenAI Ads may run in your browser. It helps us see that a visit or purchase followed an ad. It does not block the page and it is not a pop-up. We do not sell this data.
Processors
Stripe processes payments. OpenAI Ads provides the measurement pixel when ads are running. Files are stored privately and sent with a signed link by email after purchase.
Retention
Payment records stay with Stripe for as long as they need them to run the payment. We keep the checkout email long enough to deliver the pack and honour the 14-day refund window, then the shortest period we still need for support and accounts.
Your rights
If you are in the UK you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@interlink.digital. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
